Guideline on Preparing You Poster Exhibition

The aim of this guideline is to support presenting authors in preparing there poster exhibition.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the presenting author to print/supply his/her poster for display and bring it to the congress.

Poster Printing:

Make a positive impact with our eco-friendly poster printing options for Green Nephrology.
Please print your poster using uncoated, recycled paper and refrain from using fabric and high gloss/coated paper.

Poster Exhibition Venue:

All posters will be on display in the Exhibition Hall (Hall D, 3F, COEX).

Poster Boards:

Posters must be mounted on the assigned poster board that carry your unique poster number.

Poster Mounting / Dismantling:

- Poster Mounting: June 13 (Thu) 09:00~11:00am
- Poster Dismantling: June 16 (Sun) 12:00pm~

Poster Dimensions:

Panel: 95cm (W) x 238cm (H)
Recommended Poster Size: 90cm (W) x 120cm (H)
Maximum Size: 94cm (W) x 195cm (H)

*The poster should be in PORTRAIT orientation.

*The abstract title, author's name(s) and institution(s) should appear at the top.

Poster printing & Pick up service for the APCN & KSN 2024 attendees (Optional service)

• APCN & KSN 2024 has officially assigned the local poster printing company "Imagenet" as the official partner to offer discounted poster printing services exclusively to APCN & KSN 2024 attendees.
• Please be advised that each poster exhibition presenting author is responsible for individually arranging the printing order of their poster for display.
• Using this poster service is not compulsory, and the presenting author can prepare the poster themselves.
• If you would like to use this service, all poster printing, payment, and pick-up service are handled by our official partner, "Imagenet." Therefore, please forward your inquiries to Imagenet (imagenet365@naver.com)

How to order:

Send an email to "imagenet" to order your poster printing. Please attach the poster file in PDF and inform that you are the poster presenting author of APCN & KSN 2024 with abstract number.

Poster Pick up Service Desk

The poster pick-up desk will be located near the poster exhibition area at Hall D, 3F, COEX.
Pick-up service is only available for those who ordered poster printing through "Imagenet".

• APCN & KSN 2024에서는 학술대회 포스터 출력 전문 업체인 "이미지넷"과 협력하여, 기존 가격보다 10% 할인된 가격으로 포스터를 출력하고 포스터전시장에서 픽업할 수 있도록 준비했습니다.

6월 13일~14일, 포스터 전시가 진행되는 코엑스 3층 D홀 내부에서 이미지넷을 통해 주문한 포스터 픽업 데스크를 운영할 예정입니다. 출력된 포스터를 코엑스에서 픽업하기 원하시는 경우 주문 시 요청 부탁 드립니다. (타 인쇄소에서 개별적으로 준비하여 프린트한 포스터의 경우 픽업 서비스 이용 불가합니다.)
